Al has committed a substantial part of his life to serving as an executive director and trustee in the non-profit sector, working diligently with organizations to build positive change for people striving to position themselves well in life.

He has a genuine passion for people and possesses a sharp sense of financial stewardship, which is central to Al's role in client services assisting Noah Belcher.

Born and raised in Ontario, he invested many years raising his family in New Zealand. He married the love of his youth, and together they raised their six incredible children.
